I was nauseous but not throwing up. I've heard crackers dry toast and definitely a lot of fluids. Try eating fruits. Oatmeal sticks to your tummy. Hopefully once of these work for you hun. Good luck
I know this sounds crazy but meat. For some reason the protein stayed down. Greek yogurt. Cottage cheese. Pot roast, I do not know why but when I'm feeling terrible pot roast stays down. And don't eat too much just a little at a time. Hope you feel better soon
Did i mention I never had pot roast until I got pregnant?
I am 10 weeks and I've had problems with constant nausea but no vomiting and jbird is right.....pot roast has been my favorite meal lately....it staves off my nausea, that and a lot of mashed potatoes n gravy. For some reason liquids make my nausea worse but I've been drinking Gatorade n popsicles . those seem to be ok
And eating smaller portions more frequently I think helps a lot but not a total cure
With my first I had severe morning sickness the only thing i could keep down was salad and French fries.
Liquids make you worse but its important to stay hydrated so drink little sips. Food wise you must eat often, I find ice cream good but it changes from person to person. Have they prescribed any pills? I'm 19 weeks already and still have to take them to not be sick.
I vomited for 19 weeks. Small portions, cold food, and bland food all helped. Avocados and beans were something that always stayed down.
