I had a rib inflamation in my first/second trimester and was on bedrest.
So following things can help.
put cold icepack on top of your ribs and a heat pack on your back behind your ribs.
This can soothe the pain.
Posture is so important now, continue to keep your back straight... or you might have serious posture problems later on.. and posture does SO MUCH for our good looks, so it's worth the effort.
If you are able, see a Physio who can maybe give you some light exercises tips.

Bc cautious. I had this w my oldest in 2010 and I went to get checked out. my son actually broke my rib from the inside out so yes. It is possible!!

I thought my ribs were gonna break. Just try to sit up really strait when you are sitting.
I wish I know! Does it also feel like it itches, but deep inside? I cant even sleep sometimes because of it.
