Rough Day

I need support. Yesterday at work I was coming down the stairs and fell face forward. I caught myself with my hands but did hit my tummy. Then on my way to the Dr I rear ended someone. I want to blame pregnancy brain but I just might be overwhelming myself!!!! But I need to work, and I'm doing this on my own.

Need advice mamas.

And baby and I are okay saw the Dr. But I do have soreness in my pelvic area a lot. I'm 30 weeks and 5 days

I can kind of relate...about 2 weeks ago I was 33 weeks along and upon arriving to work I went to step out of my car (unknown to me on a giant sheet of ice) and fell on my butt and back. I spilled my coffee during the commotion and was laying in coffee and dirty winter slush in white pants and a puffy down winter coat. It took a lot for me to put on a brave face and walk into work and put in a 12 hr shift as a nurse. I can still remember the sheer amount of frustration I was experiencing. But I did it. Luckily I wasn't hurt and I got through the work day. But it made me feel strong and confident.....plus after a while I got a really good laugh thinking how I must have looked like a turtle stuck on its back while I was laying on the ground :) sorry so long but know your never alone there's a whole community here for you

It may be a little bit of both. I am sorry you are going through such a rough time. Keep your head up. Pregnancy brain gets me all the time.
