Ligament pain
Does anyone have any tips on coping with round ligament pain please, I work in health care and the pain is making my job so hard
mine hurt so bad too and i was having to twach in different classrooms for small group instruction. Wearing a maternity belt help take some if the pressure off of my pelvis (which cause rhe pinched nerves and the round ligamentpoain) but it was still pretty awful. I did an epson salt bath that felt good and just made aure to use the bathroom more often.
