Sciatic Nerve Pain
Has anyone had problems with their sciatic nerve or sciatica during their pregnancy? If so how did you cope with it because it is driving me absolutely bonkers!!!
A pregnancy belly support band really helps for me. I still have some pain but it's not nearly as bad as it is when I don't have it on. I got mine from Target for $20.
I suffer with siatica even when im not pregnant but its so much worse during pregnancy and quite literally a pain in the ***..you could ask your gp to arrange some physio therapy for you or just go on you tube and find some videos for siatica during pregnancy and it will show you some simple exercises that might help
yes, i tried the Be-active brace that's advertised on t.v. and it helped alot...i am not a believer of infomercial crap usually but i read all the reviews on it and gave it a try...(got it at walgreens for $20) i put it on and actually for the first time in years i had absolutely no pain...it only works for about 2 hours at a time though...
