Ginger tea, eating small meals/snacks throughout the day, saltines, and if all else fails anti nausea meds lime Phenergan or Zofran.
Try ginger teas it's used to calm stomach discomforts and aid with nausea.
25mg of B6 three times a day and 1/2 a unisom at night. Also ginger lozenges and the bands that go on your wrist for the pressure point. That got me through it. Good luck
