Anxiety while pregnant Is the worst I get panic attacks.
I went through this before falling pregnant it was really bad i suffered panic attacks, bad anxiety, would work myself up over anythi N snd everhthing was the worst 4months of my life i hit depression. When i found out i was pregnant kinda eased up i still do suffer from anxiety but when i sense it coming i distract myself. I dont allow myself to over think anything cause anythibf could be the outcome. And i stopped comparing myself to other peoples situations. Thats what triggered my anxiety i would read forums of what people go through and assume the same will happen to me. Speak to ur dr and see what they recommend my dr recommended counseling. But i managed to get it under control
I also struggle with anxiety & when it's really bad I try to stop & think about why I'm thinking that way & redirect my thoughts to positive ones. Happy music, reaching out to supportive people, busying yourself with small tasks all might help!
I know it's hard to do but relaxing is the best thing you can do. Stress is not good for you and baby. Keep yourself busy to take your mind off of things. Everything is going to be fine :)
