Should I go to the hospital???

I am 22 weeks pregnant with my first, and over the past week I am feeling more and more exhausted and uncomfortable.  I feel so exhausted I can hardly think straight, and today I have been feeling very faint and dizzy.  My ribs hurt so bad and i constantly feel out of breath.  I know all of these things are normal to a point, but I am so frustrated and exhausted beyond belief I am tempted to go in to the ER tonight.  Am I over reacting?  I just don't feel right...any advice???

Dehydration will make you feel so many different symptoms. Maybe it's that??

I felt that way. I'm pregnant with my third and 20 weeks. I had low sugar. Better safe than sorry.

I'm on baby number one so I'm new to this but I think it would ease your mind if you go get checked out. The only thing I experienced is a dizzy spell but it quickly went away so I didn't go to the hospital but if you're in pain then it might be a good idea.

It could just be the changes you're going through...but you know yourself best...if you're worried go to the er, they'll either fix the problem or give you piece of mind that you're fine :-)
