My OBGYN said that Tylenol Cold & Sinus was ok.  He also said I could take Sudafed.

I had a sinus infection at 32 weeks. My Dr put me on antibiotics and recommended tylenol cold and sinus for my symptoms but I don't think you're supposed to take that during the first trimester. Check with your doctor.

doTERRA Breathe is a wonderful natural remedy to use as well. Helps clear out the sinus and their On Gaurd is a good protection oil. I diffuse it throughout my house and it has helped both me and my 7week old son get over our colds. Let me know if you are interested!

I took Flonase and Zyrtech or Claritin. You can also take Benadryl.

Go and talk to your doctor. Any pharmacist worth their salt will tell you the same
