Too Early??

Ok so in 3 day (sat) Ill be 15 weeks
Will it be a waste to get an ultra sound done for my babies gender??
With the insurance i have  ill have to be 20-24 weeks before i find out anything!!
Im just a lil anxious and ready to shop.
And if I do find out I'll have to pay for this ultrasound myself .
I'm just ready to see!!!!!

I did mine a couple weeks ago at 14w5d, the place had a come back guarantee if the baby didn't cooperate.  The ultrasound tech told us gender is visible by 12 weeks.  We couldn't wait either, I did all the at home gender tests and ALL of them said girl.  Our little BOY is due the beginning of October ;)

I had a gender scan at 15 weeks found out I'm having a boy.  It was very obvious lol. My OB office only charged 50$ for the scan.

They can do it by taking blood at 10 weeks I don't know how much it cost but ur insurance might cover it <3 if u are afraid it won't show by ultrasound :)

I did my gender determination ultra sound at 14 weeks... I COULDNT wait any longer lol.. I paid for it also but I made sure the place I went to gave me a grantee, just in case they couldnt tell... I was told i was having a boy but was asked to come back just because his legs was in the way... Sure enough my little boy will be here in 26 days...

If you're going to have to pay out of pocket for it then it'd probably be best to wait. Its possible for them to tell the gender this early but not likely, and it could be wrong. You can usually tell the gender with no question between 18-20 weeks. I know it's hard to wait bc it's all so exciting, but I'm sure you'd hate to fork out all that money and not get a for sure answer. Good luck!! either way he or she will be a beautiful blessing and you'll know soon enough. :-)
