Skin Changes

Hello ladies, I am a FTM and a hypochondriac.  I swear I feel as though I have a vaginal problem every week.  I've also developed rashes on my thighs, back and side of stomach.  What is the best/safe brand of soap to use?  I've been using Dove, unscented but is there something much better than that?  Thanks

my biggest advice is take your pregnacare. my pregnancy is taking its toll on my skin more precisely my face. Most of your nutrients is going to your baby not you down water n drink fruit juices to help top up the vitamins from pregnacare might sound boringly healthy but I'm now 33 weeks pregnant n don't use any lotions etc but not one stretch mark on bump n only one dry patch which considering I look like a beachball I'd say is doing well lol.

Coconut oil is an excellent moisturizer! Its non irritating and makes my skin soft, also has antimicrobial properties. I also use straight vitamin e oil. The thigh irrigation could be from your razor...

Grandmas Lye soap is pretty natural, but lotion is needed. I use oil of olay face moisturizer oil free, frag free for sensative skin. Then i yse cocoa butter with vit e lotion for the body. So far it helps and i havent had any problems.

I would definitely talk to ur doc. Have you ever tried organic natural soaps or lotions from the health food store? BBW & VS have tons of chemicals, preservatives, dyes & other irritants to the skin. Also Dove and Oil of Olay have parabens that can be irritating to some.

I love Oil of Olay, I have found that using any type of fragranced lotion or sprays  will irritate my skin even baby lotion! You could be more sensitive to products now that youre pregnant. Mention it to your doctor and see what they find or suggest.

Hmmm....I've been using Oil of Olay lotion, BBW and VS lotion.  One of my friends told me to only place lotion on me from the knee down, but definitely not on the thighs.  Is that true?  Could my choice of lotion be the reason for my breakouts?
