I'm 33+4 ans the sleep thing is worse if anything. Take naps when you can. That's my beat suggestion.
My doctor put me on ambien with my last pregnancy and it was fine to take he said.
You will start getting sleep when the child is WAY older lol. And then that's not a guarantee !! Lol. Welcome to pregnancy and parent hood!! ( mom of 10 and 12 yr old and 35 weeks with boy #3!)
Unfortunately, it's apart of pregnancy and there isn't much you can do about it. I had insomnia in my teens and then during my first pregnancy it just got worse and since you cant take sleeping tablets while pregnant.. well.. yeah.. it *****. You can by herbal relaxing pills though that are safe to use. Do you do anything during the day? What made me worse was I was constantly just laying on the couch watching tv all day so when it came time for bed, I had been relaxing so much already that I wasnt tired..oh and it doesn't stop after pregnancy either. Once bub is here getting up every 2 hours for feeds etc.. some say that sleeplessness during pregnancy is our bodies way of preparing for when bubby comes. Best of luck.
Same here and I'm 27w 5d.
I have that problem also. I cant get comfortable and I toss and turn alot. Im 26+3.
