I hide it with fruit... I told people it was just me making sure I got more fruits in for the day. Apples were easiest when travelling. so i completely understand
String cheese, an apple or banana, granola, shelled sunflower seeds, and protein drinks :)
Fiber and protein snacks will be best make you fuller and hold you over longer :-) fiber one bars are great like the oher girl mentioned. Get some jack links beef jerky too! Low fat good protein.
During long periods of time that I didn't eat. I had granola bars, fiber one bars, cereal bars, etc. Those are great camping snacks. Trail mix, nothing super salty cause you'll drink more water which could mean more potty breaks. Haha
Just stay hydrated. And have fun.
Take some crackers, chips, Cheez Its, cookies. Just to name a few but get whatever u want. I hope this helps. Good luck hun.
