Update in Michigan: it was in the 30°s(F), crazy windy, and snowing tonight... I think we had about 10 trick-or-treaters for the whole night and now we're stuck with a bunch of candy that I'm going to eat because it's just too tempting!

I live in Arizona and it still gets as hot as 95°. I've been in the snow 3 time but had to travel 3 hours to get to it. I would love to see snow falling at least once in my life. I guess some people in Az feel the same way about the sun as you do the snow, I'm sorry it depresses you.

I'm so jealous, a mere 8 hours away in Lake Tahoe they're forcasted for snow already. Sigh!! Switzerland sure does sound nice though.

My husband is from India so I've heard horror stories of how it is over there with the heat, humidity & monsoon.

I think it would suck to have it too hot as well.. like you ladies in California.

Huni b~ the weather is Switzerland sounds amazing :).

Our snow all melted now Which is nice.. But Now it is so muddy outside and my dog runs in the house with muddy paws everyday! Ugh :/ lol. Like I said before winter isn't too bad.. ice fishing,  snowmobiling,  sledding, and snowboarding! :). Just s ucks it gets so cold here where i live.. -50 c. And if you have a piece of skin showing you get frost bite in 10 minutes! And Having to shovel snow everyday lol.  But Other than that it is nice. I do enjoy it...Sometimes Lol. I don't think I could live somewhere that doesn't have winter at all.

It is really cool to hear about the weather in different parts of the world. :) Thanks for sharing ladies.

I'm in Maine and we've got a pretty strong likelihood of snow on Saturday night but apparently first it's going to be up in the 60s tomorrow. So we repeat the old saying... "Welcome to Maine. If you don't like the weather just wait a minute, it'll change."

I don't know why we live in Minnesota. It snows from October to may and reaches -60 F. In the summer it is in the 90's and 100's with a ridiculous humidity. It is getting colder already and will be snowing soon I am surprised we haven't gotten any yet.

I recently moved from the UK to india, and lemme tell you the weather is sooo different (duh!) ...

it's either freakin hot, or it rains heavily (especially in the evening). neither of the two are very pleasant.

I liked living in Switzerland, where all weather changes take place in moderation. a pleasant summer, a few months of autumn, a snowy but not too cold winter, and a new beginning with spring. for most part all seasons can be clearly felt.

2 months of summer only? Lucky! Here its like summer goes from June to practically November. It's only just now getting bearable, the nights are really cooling off. There were times in September that it hit 102. Miserable. Also palm trees are overrated & ugly. :)

Aww that ***** you guys are dealing with a drought! The winter is fun... For snowmobiling, snowboarding and ice fishing! :) but this year I will be at home with baby which is good too. It gets very cold here though which isn't fun at all.. Sometimes -50 :(. Brr lol. And we had a horrible summer.. I swear it was only like 2 months. So I guess there is the ups and downs. Buttt I have lived here my whole life so I should be used to it by now lol.
