Swollen Feet

I Am 37 Weeks And My Feet Are So Swollen I Can Barley Walk, What Should I Do

I went through the same thing actually today. ..I think I over did it with salsa and chips (salt)....I propped them up and they are back to normal ..I agree isis1515, might be a sign to relax.. I'm 37 wks tomorrow

As long as your hands and face aren't swollen as well it's probably normal. I am going through this myself. Gravity pulls water to your feet so number one, stay off your feet as much as possible. Prop your feet up above your heart when you can. Epsom salt baths are supposed to help, or baking soda baths. Drink lots, and lots of water. Drinking lemon juice in warm water is good, and so is watermelon. It's just your body's way of telling you to relax. It's hard when you have to work.

Call your dr but until then prop them up and don't where any socks or tight fitting shoes.
