Most seafood is perfectly safe as long as its fully cooked, in fact, you are encouraged to eat 8-12 ounces of fish that's high in Omega-3s & DHA for healthy brain development. Just avoid fish that's high in mercury.

No problem. Dont beat yourself up about it.  We can eat seafood there are the few no no's like swordfish and shark which are HIGH in mercury levels which can be dangerous or eating raw fish (sushi) because of the chancen of parasites such as tapeworm.

Remember eating too much of the same food in the same day can give you an allergic reaction especially when it comes to seafood..

You can eat sea food. If it was steamed then they're cooked. You don't need to worry.

as long as they were cooked properly you should be fine. Also you want to limit your intake on them.  A good way to tell if they are cooked properly the shell will be open.  Any that stayed closed even after steamed dont eat.  Dont worry you will be ok but I also suggest bringing.it up to your OB.
