Social Media?

How many of you have or will post pregnancy annoucements/ gender of baby on facebook or other social media sites?  Tomorrow we have an ultrasound which will hopefully be able to determine the gender of our 2nd baby. I will be 20 weeks.  I have not posted anything about being pregnant however, my close friends and family know.  My hubby wants to post a picture of the ultrasound tomorrow after we have told our immediate family.  I am not sure how i feel about it.  My privacy settings are set high and i do post pictures of my 2 year old however, for some reason i have reservations about posting a pregnancy annoucement this pregnancy. I do know 2 people who have had miscarriages in the past few months and maybe that is why i am hesitant?  Anyone have any thoughts on social media and prego annoucements? Just looking for some idea of what peoples thoughts are.  Fyi i am an infrequent poster! Mostly pictures every couple weeks for my relatives who dont live near me.

I started posting my stuff at about 14 weeks. I made up my mind that I wanted to share my joy with my online friends. Most are from high school. I have posted baby bump pics and our ultrasound pics so far away family could join in on the fun and joy. Do what you feel comfortable with. Every one is different. :)
