No stress definitely isn't good nor healthy. Whenever I'm feeling stressed or overwhelmed I like to sit in the tub and listen to music and just "escape" for a while. I will also go for a walk or sometimes just drive around for a bit. And if I don't feel like doing those things, I go into the bedroom and close the door and will pull out my iPad and will lay across the bed and listen to Allure's "All Cried Out". Sometimes I cry with the song and other days I find strength from it
You should find you a "go to song". Hope something works for you and if it just so happens to be one/all of my options then I'm happy. Let me know if anything works. Best wishes.
I was like that, but just try disciplining yourself and calming down. If you get mad, Dont stay mad.
I love to read it helps me escape my surrounding at times, lol. Realize that you cannot control oyher people, what they do, say, etc... out of your hands. Except it and take deep breaths. I dont want that to be apart of my character, being angry and upset, so im really putting a stop to it. Things are muchmore ppleasant. Although i still cry and cant seem to stop but its not over anything to serious.
Take a time out for yourself and do.something you enjoy. You will feel better.afterwards. Also try calling a friend and just catch-up. I hope this helps.
