I am 36 weeks and have gone swimming twice in the past 3 weeks just now starting to go cause pools of finally open 3 weeks ago (but the are currently closed due to it being rainy going to sunny everyday this week so far)   I have swam underwater holding my breath key is too breath out your nose and no longer than 4 minutes/ what is comfortable to you. I can't swim underneath water more than two minutes since being pregnant where I could go a full 4 minutes before pregnancy

You can swim your fine... The baby is breathing amniotic fluid not air. Swimming is actually recommended. And you can hold your breath as long as your comfortable it's not going to harm the baby

it's safe, don't worry. you may find that you can't hold your breath as.long as you're used to, but that's it. swim away!

I'm not sure about that. I think if your not breathing your baby isn't either :\ I think you'll also be surprised by the fact you might get light headed or even feel like passing out if you do, which is never good. The other day my husband was one of our bathrooms +he won't let me use any cleaners+ and I went it to change the trash while he scrubbed the tub, I held my breath for literally like 10-15 seconds and bent over to change the bag , I thought I was going to faint. I even get dizzy sometimes during sex from "panting" for lack of better words. I'd say holding your breath plus an activity like swimming wouldn't be a good idea but I can't say for sure. I'm 19 weeks so it may be different for me. Whybdont you get a snorkel lol

It's fine so long as you are not holding it for too long at a time. Make sure to take breaks from holding your breath too long. Swimming is great exercise during pregnancy.
