I can't stop

So I'm 27 wks and I've been trying to sleep on my side most of night,  but I end up on my back. Which then I wake up with a back ache and abdominal pain.  I've read its not good to sleep on back due to flood circulation. I also bought pillow and its not helping:( feel help less, any ideas that might help? ?

I believe you can sleep on your back if you are propped up. Ask you OB about it the next time you see them.

I had this exact same problem.  But as I got bigger and bigger it became less uncomfortable to lay on my back (which I used to love sleeping like that).  I Sometimes wake up on my back feeling pain But then I just turn over. I wouldn't worry about it because you end up turning on your side when it gets uncomfortable.   :)
