Third Trimester Naps

Hey, everyone! I am 31 weeks 3 days and I'm tired ALL THE TIME now. Is this normal for the third trimester? I just can't seem to get enough sleep. I've had lots of energy throughout my pregnancy and have stayed really active. I've been walking or hiking everyday. However, lately, it's just come to a stand still and I'm just so tired. Anyone else experience this?

I am 31 weeks due October 6th I am the same way I've been very active thru out this whole thing I work a lot as a nurse. until now I sleep about 10 hours at night time and when I get up I just can get motivated even tho I have to I actually will start to fall asleep in mid conversations with people. It is normal in the 3d trimester our body's are working harder now to make our baby's there is nothing we can really do just get lots of rest and eat smaller meals and more fluids. I'm no pro I'm just a mother of 4 pregnant with my 5th and I've experienced a lot.

Its common to be extremely tired in the 3rd trimester but maybe you may want to ask your doctor to check out your iron levels. When I hit 7 months i felt extremely tired to the point my eyelids started to droop in the middle of the day. My iron levels were low and now i take supplements. I actually feel better now to do my usual errands throughout the day

I'm 32 weeks and I was exhausted last week. I think it had something to do with the lack of quality sleep I'm getting at night. I've stayed active this pregnancy. I'm chasing a 3 year old around so I'm just trying to power through. I'm thankful she still takes an afternoon nap so I can rest too. Good luck!
