preterm labor?

so I just returned from a 3+hr apt at docs office. In addition to regular bh contractions that while uncomfortable were not painful I started having lower abdominal cramping and feeling pressure.the cramping was somewhat painful with activity and when resting it was like period cramps...so I just had s nagging feeling that I needed to call in so I did and they asked me to come in. After 3+hrs of tests out turns out what I was calling cramps were contractions...my aamniotic fluid is to low and my cervix is measuring shorter than it should for this stage...They are running a test now to see I'd I have s certain protein that if present normally means you'll have the baby in about a week. I am only 28wks and baby is only about 2'5lbs. I am worried...thankfully babies heart rate did not show distress. any other moms been through this??

Yes they gave me that test at 25 weeks it's called the fnn test and I didn't pass, and my cervix was shortening but that's been three weeks ago but cervix has been stable since then and she's still cooking so, my suggestion is just pray about it everything will work out
