I felt the same like my legs were popping outta my hip sockets but it's your body stretching and adjusting to make room. I have narrow hips but enough mid tummy space so my hips bulged out a bit to make room for the baby I'm 22 wks now and I'm barely showing.

It is normal but I recommend to do some back exercises especially since ur early in ur pregnancy. . It helps alot. When my back started hurting that's what I did since strengthening ur back helps u carry the weight ull gain later. I'm now 33 weeks n no back pain. It went way after I started doing back exercises

We get this wonderful hormone in our body called relaxin when we get pregnant. Makes everything do said and loosey goosey. So muscles that were once supporting your bones relax and all the work is left to the ligaments which are not meant to be working so hard. The first and last trimester are always the worst for me. Second trimester, my body seems to get in a groove for a little bit. Hope it eases up soon! It's pretty horrible.

I was that way at first also. I was told it was normal. It calmed down a ton until the past week or so again but I'm 22 weeks now.
