Too Tight

Okay I have 1 week left till my due date. And terrified of labour not necessarily about the pain but from being to tight to be able to give birth naturally and have to have a c section.  Is this possible can anyone actually be to tight?. Like when me and my partner have sex it hurts so much. It even hurts my partner sometimes. Sorry if all to much info but I need to get it off my chest...

I'm tight as well, I exercise my Kegels all the time and have since I was pregnant with my first five years ago. I'm also not enjoying sex nearly as much, and speculums make me very unhappy.
Baby will fit unless something is actually messed up, it won't be easy, but it just means labor will take a bit so you have time to stretch.

Again until after he was born,I was the same way,R bodies are made for this and you will be just fine....usually if ur pelvic bones dont spread wide enough for delivery and bby is big the dr will have u go through csection, but other than that, its comes natural and are bodyknows what to do.... Good luck and congrats to you and your husband.

If your doctor thinks.your going to.tear he or she.will cut u it's better.than tearing with a jagged cut.

I think the pain and healing of a c section would be far worse than a perineal tear.  Your vag is meant to accommodate.  Speak to whoever is delivering your baby about your concern.  Often, tears/cuts happen when doctors are in a hurry, and want to speed it up. You're less likely to ttear if you're allowed to relax, and take it easy during crowning.  Your body knows what to do, no need to push hard and try shoot baby across the room!
