Fluttering

I'm just over 16 weeks and haven't felt any fluttering yet. This is my 2nd pregnancy and although I'm not very concerned I am a little disappointed. I started feeling the baby at roughly 20 weeks with my first pregnancy and although it's been 10 years I thought I would remember the feeling and know what to look for and start feeling it sooner this time. Any thoughts?
