Traveling

So I have my baby Aug 13 and we suppose to be having our family reunion in July.
Do you think it's a good idea to try an take that vacation from Alabama to Florida???
Did I mention....we are DRIVING!!!???

It also depends on how you're doing long at that time. I'm 32 weeks pregnant and we were suppose to go from Saskatchewan to BC by car, but because of gallblade issues my doctors don't even want me traveling at all.

Im 31 weeks n going on a week vacation,,, its a 6 hour drive   I asked my doc she said its fine ,, had I have been 35 or 36 weeks then no...just to make sure I kno the nearest hospitals on the way just in case n to stay as hydrated as possible. .

Talk to Ur dr.. That's a long trip. It depends is it the beginning of July or the end??remember Ur due date is a mere suggestion/guess when the baby will arrive. My 1st 2 babies came at early 37/38 wks. If U do decide to go & dr says it's okay, U have to make frequent stops to get up walk to prevent blood clots, drink lots of water. Also know at the end of pregnancy is when Ur the most uncomfortable between aches/pains, extra weight, baby pressure, etc. trouble regulating Ur body temp... It would be fun but there is a lot to consider. We did our last out of state trip when I was 32 wks.
