counting kicks for high risk pregnancy???

The piece of paper I have says to count at least 10 in 2 hours. Well I can count 10 in like 5 min lol. So do I keep counting or do I just write that down? An do I just count 1 time a day or everytime he moves?

Stop after 10 kicks. But more importantly start to get a sense of when he's active and be aware that he seems as active at the same sorts of time each day.  If he seems less active than normal - even if it's still more than 10 kicks in 2 hours.  It's all about what's normal for *your* baby.
