When the ultrasound tech told me she is almost positive it is a boy and that she is very rarely wrong (I was 17wks 5days) 75% of me believed her...when I got my 2nd ultrasound 2 months later, she literally said "oh yeah! I was right! Definitely a boy! You can't mistake that!" My fiancé and I just started laughing and were officially convinced after that. Lol
Lol thanks for the laugh jess hat and to all you ladies for the replies.. I think I'll play it safe and go with neutral colors
My husband asked every ultrasound tech how many times they have been wrong.. Lol
With this one she said she had only been wrong once and it was quadruplets. I said that's understandable I mean how do you know what butt you have seen at that point... Lol
That happened with my first they just couldn't get a good shot and said its usually a girl but they weren't sure they told us just to be sure buy neutral colors.... Ended up being a girl :-)
The ultrasound tech has always been right with me 1boy and 1girl this time we decided to have a surpise at birth
It happened to me during my first pregnancy. They tried for two hours to see her stuff and then we went back a few days later, and it was pretty much the same thing. We were told it is usually a girl when that happens. No guarantee though. Good luck to you.
That had never happened to me. They said without a doubt girl for my second, such she was and a girl this time too. My first was a boy but I had the ultrasound too early to tell so I got a surprise at delivery:)
This happened to my aunt and she bought all girl stuff and found out during delivery she had a boy.. Yikes.
