Cramps and back pain

24 weeks I have a lot of cramping and really sharp back pain. Should I go to the hospital or is this normal?? Please help

I had the same issue at 25-26 weeks. But I still have the back pain. My cramps were pretty bad, worse than period cramps. But I decided to wait it out. Now 27 weeks I am fine. It is normal.  But when in doubt feel free to call your Dr,  they will be able to give you more advice.  Try taking a warm bath. Lay on your side and breath.  Relax I should say. And drink plenty of water
