With all of mine I just was slow with my pushing, and in between contractions kind of keeping a touch of pressure there so it would slowly stretch rather than a quick movement... I hope that makes sense. Lol
I just read the other day that u should massage your perenium a couple times a day for the last few weeks! If you put your finger inside your 'V' and go towards your back... ? Idk worth a shot!
Perineal massages help a little but I still ended up needing three stitches afterward.
I had a c section with may daughter. This time i want vaginal delivery but have nightmares about tearing.. So scary
I did kegels my last pregnancy, and I didn't rip nor tear
Maybe get cut?
Some people end up looking like they never had a baby. Depending on how well your body heals itself and how good the doctor is at stitch work the results are usually good.
When I was 6 months along during my last pregnancy I walked an extra 2 miles a day on top of daily walking ... All of the walking was very good and slow pushing also helped when I was in labor ;-)
Get into a different position....laying on your back actually narrows your pelvis. Squatting or on your side or on all fours is much better
My sister sat in the water in the hospital for about an hour before getting out and pushing her skin was soft from the water and not one stich for a 9lb baby! I also hear the doctor can lubricate u down there while u push
