Vertigo

Anyone experiencing vertigo? I am 25 weeks and have recently been very light headed. Saturday night I had vertigo so bad that it made me throw up 4 times in 2 hours. I called my Dr and she wasn't worried as long as I am not cramping or having a fever. I just wonder how long I should expect these symptoms.

I always make sure to space my meals out so I don't get dizzy. Breakfast is my biggest meal of the day. I am also a big water drinker so I am not dehydrated. I just out another call into the Dr. My biggest fear is driving. Luckily, I am a teacher and am on winter break right now. So I am able to rest and not worry about driving around.

I had vertigo a few times in the last three weeks. None of them were as bad as yours.  Doctor wasn't worried, not sure what caused it... Hope you feel better!

If I don't eat a good breakfast every morning before work I get super dizzy. I have almost passed out at work. I'm a hair stylist and on my feet most of the day. But as long as I eat protien in the morning I'm good for the day.
