CONTRACTIONS

Can someone explain exactly how natural birth is? Also how contractions are? Im not sure if I had them or not I think it was during sex because it was a cramping feeling on the side of my stomach. Can someone please leave me Comments!  Thanks!

Thanks you guys! & Your right most likely they were BH but it happens off & on but I feel like its mostly during sex. & also Im ready for the pain & too see my little one I just wish things would speed up.

I've had two babies natural and was blessed with relatively short labor (5-7 hours total) but had extremely intense back labor that went down my legs.  It's the worst pain you will ever endure but obviously so worth it. But I loved how connected I felt to my body with nothing numbing the pain. I felt in control and aware and I really love that about natural birth. Just remember its only temporary.  I kept telling myself that all the pain meant I would be enjoying my baby soon! Good luck!

I'm a ftm and I'm also planning on a natural birth. Check out "birth with out fear on Facebook" a lot of good info on there. And those sound like Braxton hicks that you explained during sex
That's when I first experienced them. I'm now 24 weeks and get them quite often.

They feel like period cramps x10. You can't talk through a contraction and can barely walk. You'll definitely know the difference. My first born was a natural delivery and extremely painful, but I managed.

Well I have the confidence that I can have the baby natural then again, reconsider my confidence and think that I cannot then I get all nervous and scared and I start to panic. I'm just ready too see my little guy.

Having a baby natural hurts but its all worth it. Its a pain you have never felt before unless youve alreafy had one. It feels like a really bad stomache ache. And contractions are the worst part of it all. Like i said it feels like a really bad stomache ache.
