so i goes to the dr. and she said i gained 4o since i found out i wss prego im feeding for to what u want me to starve myself she said i need to b on a diet
Dr told me same thing today she said even tho u r having a c-section in 2 weeks u have to lose some weight... im not eating more than i used to and im walking for an hour every day, what els should i do??
Being on a diet doesn't necessarily mean not eating, just try replacing a few of your snacks/meals with something a little healthier than what you are currently doing. You definitely don't have to starve yourself to be healthy.
