Almost every morning I wake up hungry. Anywhere between 4-7 am. It actually hurts, and I start to feel like I want to get sick because I'm so hungry. I try eating right before bed but that doesn't help. Any suggestions?
The same thing happens to me, so I keep crackers or dried fruit by my bed so I can hurry up and eat before I start feeling sick. I got sick of salty crackers, so Graham crackers worked out really good for me =)
