Week 5 in pregnancy need advice

Hello All

I just discovered that i missed my period and home pregnancy test is +ve
Its my first time , pls advise
I am going to fitness gym my question is what kind of exercise I should do and stop now , i am also doing energy cycling, can I continue ?

Another question till yesterday i was having several pregnancy symptoms but today everything is normal, is is ok
My first appointment is in another 2 weeks, pls suggest

The basic rule is if you're working out already you can keep going just don't try and add more weights or extend any times or reps. I was told to keep my heart rate down too but I wasn't working out before pregnancy.

Symptoms come and go it's part of pregnancy, I'm 30 weeks now and some days I feel like a waddling whale and others I don't even feel pregnant till my belly gets in the way.
