What are the main expenses before baby arrives?

I'm making a list of the major expenses we'll have in the next few months, leading upto the birth of our baby. anything I forgot ladies?

- changing unit / dressing table
- baby cot-bed to sleep
- breast pump
- baby monitor (w. video and wifi enabled)
- travel system
- baby harness (to wear on body)

... rest are just clothes, diapers, formulae and toys/entertainment stuff (repeat purchases).
Does this seem about right?

I dont know if travel system means car seat or a pack and play. If not then the car seat. If u want a swing or bouncer, dresser if needed, bathtub(not major expense). Otherwise little things like blankies, bottles(which add up quick), etc. That's all i can think of at the moment. Oh and maybe breastfeeding bras, tops for easier pumping if you want.
