Try pretzels or almonds really helped me.gatorade really helps too if water isn't doing for you.you have to replace all the electro lights you've lost from puking.

Maybe soup? I know it sounds silly, but chicken noodle soup is easy on your stomach. Also just snaking on fruit and veggies, like grapes or baby carrots. Sometimes I'll go for a fruit smoothie, but maybe avoid an orange one. I've heard ginger ale, plain crackers, toast, and dry cereal like cherrios can help too. Hope you feel better!
