I drank wine a few days ago, and just found out I'm pregnant?

I had taken alcohol out completely since we were trying. I took a test that showed negative, had 1 glass of wine Friday, 2 Saturday. This week I've just felt off and tried another test, positive! Will I be ok? I will obviously talk to my doctor about this, but I'm on the road for work for 2 more days. My husband doesn't even know because I want to tell him in person!

Being honest here. I didn't find out I was pregnant with my first until I was 13 weeks. Missed periods,  but several neg pregnancy test. I drank pretty heavy..  every other night. Every weekend. And not wine...liquor.  once I found out of course I quiT. But.. now she is six years old very very smart. Actually ahead of every one in her grade: -) so having a few glasses of wine that early in pregnancy will not effect your baby. I was so concerned with my first of course I blew my Dr up with questions.  He simply shut the door and said 1 beer a day will NOT harm the baby. But my personal choice I stopped.  On baby # 3 now. Of course no drinking.  But I'm positive baby is fine only from my personal experience.

You should be fine. It takes 3-5 days before implantation into the uterus and it wont be impacted by the small quantity of alcohol you consumed. As for the comment about the 1st month being only a cell... it's only a one-celled zygote for the first 12 hours after fertilization. After that cell division and embryonic growth is rapid! Congratulations!
