If you add fruit or veggies to the protein powder then there's nothing wrong it and you still get nutrients.
I would also use the whey protein as like a drink with a meal to supplement what I was eating.
I was always told just no creatine....
I use to tke them before i found out i wuz pregnaunt. But thn i stopped because protein shakes aren't good to take while ur pregnaunt cause it might fill u up bt u are nt giving the baby the right foods it need . Whn u tke the shake u cannot eat 1 hr aftr nor before u tke it and that makes u full its like u ate a meal it might be healthy for u but nt for the baby. The doctor told me to hold back on it until i have the baby. So dnt take it dnt do it jst for ur self do it fr the baby.
It's protein...don't see why not unless it says to use while preggers.
