Coconut oil is a natural anti fungal. You can use that with yogurt to help get rid of it. I use it in my daughters yeasty diaper rashes.
Typo , not wait - did not want to take pills or medication :-)
I had it during pregnancy. Here are few things:
1) eat 0 sugar (yeast infection loves sugar)
2) when taking a shower don't use any soap or anything else down there, ONLY water, don't use super hot water
3) from what I researched probiotics can help ( will not cure but will help prevent in the future), confirmed with my doctor that it is a good idea to take those. I personally bought mine from whole foods (women's health probiotics). But any can work
4) drink kefir and eat tons of yogurt that does not have any sugar
5) when at home wear no underwear, wear a cotton dress
6) don't wear uncomfortable jeans, etc. it was suggestion from my doctor.
I really did not wait to take any pills or anything medical during pregnancy. I tried putting yogurt into my vagina as I've heard t from somebody else that it helps. I was not patient and it did not help me. My doctor suggested terconazole (supposedly the safest you can take during pregnancy). I used it for 3 days and it was gone. With whatever medicine or natural remedy you will go with best luck to you!
like a vaginal infection? it's common during pregnancy, everything is changing. just a quick antibiotic will clear that up!
