My headaches are awful I'll wake up with them and keep them all day and since I'm hard headed I don't take the Tylenol I adjusts just lie down and try to nap hope it gets better I know they are not a walk in the park

My midwife recommended magnesium for my headaches.  I never took them though.  Ice packs to my forehead and lying down in a dark room worked best for me.  By 2nd trimester my headaches were gone.   Hang in there!

No I haven't heard of the magnesium tablets. Was it your gynecologist that prescribed them to you? I mean if.your doctors know you are pregnant they will give you mild prescriptions and nothing that can harm your baby.

It's all of the hormones. Mine still come and go and I am 30weeks. Drink tons of water... When mine get horrible I drink a little caffeine and it usually helps. Or if all else fails take a Tylenol. Good luck Momma and get ready... If it's not the head aches it's something else :)
