Thanks for the tips and it's really good to know I'm not the only one going through this.

I do. I get so anxious and nervous that something is going to go wrong. I'm 29 weeks and still get nervous. I just want my baby out and to be able to hold him.

I've had it since the day I found out I was pregnant. I'm 31 weeks now and just so ready for it to be finished. I'd never wish for my baby to come before he is ready but I've hated this whole pregnancy. The only thing you can do is just try and do positive thinking and know that it's not forever and it will come to an end. Find things that make you feel a little better, even if it's only for a while, and try to do them everyday. For example, I have a warm bath everyday and it helps with how I'm feeling and helps relax me. You just have to find a way to get through each day and if your anxiety becomes a problem you should definitely ask your care provider for some services, maybe you could talk to someone. Hope you're ok, hang in there x
