My Doctor told me continue exercise exactly the same until your body tells you otherwise.
There is a lot of recent scientific literature out there now that debunks the old caution against exercising while pregnant. Exercise throughout pregnancy will serve you well when labor eventually comes and also during recovery.
My Dr. Still believes in the don't raise your heartbeat above 140 BPM so I bought a wrist heart rate monitor and just track it!

Of course! If you feel faint, light headed, or like you are in pain, definitely stop, but I ran a five 5 8 months pregnant! Exercise is great for baby!
Generally you can continue to do the same exercises you did pre-pregnancy. Just be careful and make modifications that take into account your changing body.
