I've had a boy and a girl with no acne. I'm currently pregnant with another boy and acne has over taken my body. No pattern over here just bad pregnancy acne.

I had some breakouts when pregnant with my son and this go around I don't think I have had one pimple and I am pregnant with a girl! Gender doesn't have anything to do with it, wives tales are fun but are simply just not true

When I was pregnant with my first girl my skin broke out and was patchy. With my second pregnancy I was having a boy and my face glowed and my skin was so nice. This time I'm having a girl and my skin is glowing again. So gender has nothing to do with it. Just hormones
