My youngest brother turns 12 today and Im 26 this year, sister is 17 next month and other bro is almost 22. I spent alot of time as a teenager with the youngest and it was good, I. wanted to be a teen mum but helping with a baby put me off til now lol now at these ages all 4 of us are the closest we have been. Its awesome. Me and hubby are planning on trying for number two when son is about 8 months old and then wait a few years for number 3

each of my 4 are 6 years apart abd they fight like cats and dogs, I would have thought that being so far apart they wouldn't but they do!

My eldest is 9, second is 4, third is 10months. They all got on great with the age gap between them. My only worry is my 10month old and the new baby, they are going to be so close in age. I may have some issues with them. My other kids were excited they were a big brother or sister and were able to help with the baby.

Ok my experience with this is a bit different I'm pregnant with my first but... I am almost 8 years older than my lil sis and I didn’t feel left out because my parents did a good job of including me. Sometimes I got to pick what the baby would wear or which food to feed her. My mom would say which of these 2 outfits should the bany wear or she would give me small jobs like winding the swing so my sis would sleep.  She also had me read to her, that made me feel really important.  Hope this helps!

I will have an 11 year old before baby arrives the end of July. I just told him we are expecting a girl he is a little disappointed but I know he will be a great big brother.

My youngest turned 3 in January and my oldest will be 11 in Sept. My oldest was very excited. She's very helpful. My youngest looks up to her big sis. My oldest was in the delivery room with me the whole time. So they have a special closeness. And they are both excited about their new little sis to be here in June:)

My son will be 6 when he meets his twin sisters. At first he wasn't happy but once we were far enough along to start getting ready for the girls. We let him help with everything. Lol he picked the theme for the nursery now he so protective and ready for his sisters it almost ridiculous. He thinks there his babies.

I have 2 girls they are 5.5 yrs apart. My oldest was so excited to have a sister and she loved helping out. I didn't encounter any jealousy, just an anxiousness for her younger sister to grow up a bit to play....

My sister is 6 years older than me. As kids I loved being around her and she took care of me as a big sister should. Unfortunatly as adults we don't hangout as much and pretty much don't have anything in commen. I wish it was different but me being 34 and her 40 we really dont share the same interest in life andIi find it difficult to deal with her for that reason. I'm pregnant now with my third, my youngest is 13 and oldest 15 so talk about a huge age gap. My daughter whose the oldest is not happy with me right now but I hope she gets passed it when she sees her lil baby sis or bro.

I kind of do, my step daughter is 10 and my daughter is 1. She loves having a sister she always wants to help. You just have to be sure to include your daughter rather it be her going to get you a diaper a pacifier. Whatever it may be they feel so privileged to help, Make sure you still make time for your daughter now and it should be great. im sure she will love having a little sister! Also maybe letting her pick out her outfits sometimes. (: Good luck and congrats
