I'm right there with you.  I feel like I'm constantly thisclose to vomiting and get dizzy easily. I was excited to be able to stay home with my son for the whole summer, but feeling like this has put a real damper on a lot of our plans. Here's hoping we all feel great in our next trimester!

I felt the same way a few weeks ago I actually caught the flu though, aweful too. I'm just over 14 weeks and I'm just starting to feel my energy come back.  Good news is you won't feel like that forever. Hopefully sooner than later. Salt Nd vinegar chips usually help ease the nausea for me.

I feel for ya. My first and second pregnancies I had absolutely no morning sickness but with my third I was nauseous 24/7 until I hit 16 weeks.

For nausea try small amounts of something sour. Dill pickle juice (just a spoonful or two) is great for it. For the bloating try tums. It will help the belly and add calcium. Hope you can get relief soon. :)
