help!! Bibi

I am freaking out. I started cramping early in the day and thought laying would help me out, but when I got up to use the restroom I noticed I stained my underwear with blood. I am ten weeks so far, should I be worried?? Please any input is needed. Thanks

What color is the blood? Was there a lot if it? If it's spotting and brown in color it's just old blood, and you should be ok. If it's bright red and a lot you should call your doc or go to l&d to get checked out.
