I can't tell and I'm 38+4. I think I can tell his elbow, but it could be a knee lol. Based on its placement and how it's narrow and longer I feel like it's an elbow.

When my baby has hiccups at night i lay on my side to where she'll be head up, and if i put my hand on my belly between her and the bed i can feel her little feet pushing down pretty clearly. It's amazing
I'm at 29 weeks.

I love this! I am in the same boat! Whenever I think I have it down, I have an ultrasound that shows me I've been very wrong. My ultrasound tech said a lot of women can't tell and just think they know but towards the end (36 to 40) weeks, you can sometimes see a foot or distinctly feel a hand.

The only thing I have suspicions of is where the feet are. No idea about the rest
