Well for those of us who actually suffer from anxiety disorder we would know that you can't just cut it out or we obviously would. No one wouldn't want to suffer from anxiety at all especially while pregnant. Millions of things can harm your baby while pregnant for instance eating a sunny side up egg, or lunch meat, Caffiene just about any thing. Don't stress over anxiety its something you can't control and your baby will be just fine! Trust me I survived my first pregnancy and I have horrible anxiety I have panic attacks almost every single day. And my little girl is just fine.

Stress on a baby can result to low birth weight, miscarriage, learning problems also have anxiety when older. Think of what causes your attacks and cut them out. Mine was being or feeling rushed. So I get ready an hour before. Hope this helps.
