any ladies in graduate school?

I am a first year MA thesis student in Canada.  I am currently 22 weeks pregnant, completely unplanned my boyfriend and I conceived despite me having a paragaurd IUD. I am totally exhausted and overwhelmed right now wth my classes/TAship and general uncertainty of how the **** I am going to finish my program with a newborn. My bf is working crazy overtime to try to save for the baby which I really appreciate since we weren't really financially prepared for this but it leaves me with all the house work/dealing with two crazy dogs/cooking on top of full time school + 2 part time jobs whereas before we shared things fairly equally. I'm just tired and overwhelmed. And I know with a baby it's just going to be more so.

Any other ladies in graduate studies or managed to survive graduate studies while pregnant/with newborns?? Seems like the timing couldn't be worse right now.

I start my BA in spring our semester starts in January and I'm due in feb. I'm super nervous about h.w. and finding the time to do everything else I and so have a 2 yr old. I don't want to take extra time off but I'm considering it.

That's awesome that your extending your education. But it sounds like you have it hard right now.
I wish I could go back to school and join the MA program. One day God willing.

I had my first (she's now 13 months) in the last year of my phd, I took some maternity leave and aim to finish in the next couple of months (bub #2 is due in February). For us it's worked ok, had it's challenges but we've got through it. Hubby works and we have planned our kids and our finances on his income alone. I'm not sure how it works with classes and if you can take a break, I would definitely try and take the first 6 months if you can. I do most of the housework which does get annoying, but it's all worth it :)
